Brook Cottage estate (approx. 3.5 acres) is a 'blank-canvas' space that can be personalised to your exact requirements. All weddings at Brook Cottage are bespoke, intimate, and fit comfortably with 'countryside', 'garden party' and 'outdoor' themes. Our exclusive hire policy means that you and your guests will be the only users of the estate during your wedding.

The estate is diverse and encompasses an open-plan field, tree-lined lawns and gardens, a campfire circle, an amphitheatre and wild-flower meadows. The site will accommodate huge marquees, tipis, and all the utilities and services (loos, catering, generators, etc.) necessary to host your wedding. It is secluded and pretty and has ample space for separate glamping and car parking as required.

Brook Cottage is best experienced in the summertime – we are open for enquiries year-round, and host weddings typically from June to August annually.

The Standard package includes:

• Exclusive hire of the Brook Cottage estate (incorporating the field and commune gardens) for 3 days - the day of your event, the day before and day after

• The "Little House" accommodation for 2 nights - the night of and the night before your event

• public liability insurance to cover your event

 

The Standard Plus plan offers:

• All of the above, plus "Posh" toilets

As resident owners of the estate, we are happy to be hands-on or hands-off as you need. We can help with anything from guest list wrangling to crafting decorations and suggesting local caterers. You are not obligated to use us or any suppliers we may recommend. We can offer you our contacts list, and you can contact suppliers yourself, or we can do it for you. We are that flexible and not precious about it: we aim to be helpful.

We have some time restrictions and regulations in respect of amplified music, fireworks and alcohol: we have good relations with our neighbours and intend to keep it that way. We host only a select number of large events each year, and you are advised to plan in advance.
